Game-Guide, Remlok Industries, CM Adventures
From 2011 to 2023, I have led projects about Guides, News, and Communities.
– Game-Guide was launched with “Onidra” initially only with Star: Wars The Old Republic in mind, but the project’s success within the French speaking community led us to develop similar projects for Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft, and other franchises which later turned to a single Game-Guide portal. We have ranked 12 on Alexa for the French most visited Gaming websites, and I have written countless articles pushed to our growing community, joined many conventions and private events when invited by the gaming companies we were creating content for such as Frontier Dev, Blizzard, ArenaNet, Ubisoft, Carbine Studios & Electronic Arts.
– Remlok Industries was launched to support Elite: Dangerous, rapidly renowned as the top Guides & News website in English & French for the game, with its growing French community on Discord. The project led me to reach for the Twitch Partner status thanks to the thousands of hours of content I have created for the players.
– CM Adventures is my most recent project, centered around Community Management for professionals, but also a Players category to help gaming communities understand the industry.
Examples of things I have worked on
No ideas are worked on alone, but I am proud of my participation on the following projects whether my work was major or minor.
The following doesn’t count my engagements with the communities or routines, only the biggest projects.
▲ Larian Studios – An highlight of my journey here was my return to Seattle to represent the Community Team alongside my colleagues, meeting players, and engaging with fans from the west coast of the USA. I love contact with the community, and the valuable feedback we can get here. I’m also super happy to have worked on Dev Diaries, the greatest Fan Kit I have created so far, collab with the modders & other content creators and other projects. You can find some articles that I have created during my time at Larian such as Tips & Tricks on Social Media, Develop an Influencers Strategy, Build & Manage a Team of Moderators, Collect Data & Craft a Report, Press & Influencers.
▲ Paradox Interactive Community Management & Social Media – I have loved working on Crusader Kings, as I connected with players/modders every day to understand their needs and engaged with them to strengthen our bonds. You can find plenty of articles that I wrote on CM Adventures during my time at Paradox such as Deconstructing CK3 Royal Court Strategy or Build an Efficient and Secure Discord server.

Testimonials
I have worked with Lenny for several months and he has always shown a great dedication to high quality communication, a great professionalism, and it was a pleasure to manage him. He is an expert when it comes to communities: how to reach them, how to handle them, how to care for them. His interest for communities well-being, and his efficiency in finding the perfect influencers has made him the best asset in our team. I hope that I will have the opportunity to work with him again in the future, it has been a real pleasure, and I have learned a lot from him. – Jessica Olivia Milleville, Community Director
In the time I have worked with him, Lénaïc has proved to be efficient, dynamic and hard-working. His detailed understanding of community dynamics and his deep interest in Community Management have been of great support to our marketing and developer team on our video game Crusader Kings III – notably by delivering great qualitative and quantitative insights via his community sentiment reports. Furthermore, Lénaïc has demonstrated excellent team-work, communication and people skills. He is enthusiastic in the face of challenges and always available (and even proactive) to lend a hand to our Community and Marketing Teams. Speaking of challenges, Lénaïc doesn’t shy away from setting a few to himself. Indeed, throughout our professional relationship, he has constantly improved his visual and creative skills – demonstrating a keen capacity to take in feedback. If your company is seeking superior candidates within Community Management, Lénaïc will make an excellent choice. – Rodrigue Delrue, Community Developer
Lenaïc was maybe the youngest lad in our large Community team, but he balanced this by being probably the most dedicated and motivated person you can find. He was always performing at the best of his abilities, making sure all his tasks would be done in advance, without compromising quality, and after that always –yes, always- tried to see if he could help another member of the team to perform his tasks, or simply to discover another side of the job. Curiosity is an important part of his personality, he is always eager to learn new skills, procedures, tools, or aspect of his work and the community management, more specifically in the videogames industry. Dedicated, hard working, always available and looking to help and perform, I have no doubt as years and projects will fly, Lenaïc -Lenny- Riédinger will become an important asset for any company willing to provide first class service to its community. – Michael Servotte, Community Manager
I worked with Lénaïc at ZeniMax Online where he was a Social Analyst in my team. Lénaïc is a quick and smart learner and he became pretty quickly one of the best members of the team. Working fast and with a great deal of quality, he managed to provide assistance and moderation on all supported Social channels for The Elder Scrolls Online, not only to our French customers but also to our English-speaking Community. He grew into a Social Analyst after only a year which I believe shows a lot the skills he has. If you’re looking for someone smart, dynamic and extremely proactive, then look no further, Lénaïc is probably the person you’re looking for. I would strongly recommend him for any Social Media, Community or Customer Support position – Quentin Chappet, Social Engagement Manager
I don’t own a French dictionary, but I looked up “Lénaïc” in my English one and here’s what the entry says: Lénaïc [LEN-ah-ik] (noun) – 1. An individual whose ambition and enthusiasm are only paralleled by his creativity and sense of humor; 2. Someone who is always ready to take on a new challenge and has enormous potential; 3. An extremely supportive and generous colleague. In all seriousness, Lénaïc (Lenny) is a true pleasure to work with. He is always interested in receiving feedback so that he can improve his skills, and he is dedicated to supporting his teammates and the communities he serves. In the time I worked with him, Lenny grew tremendously as a professional and made invaluable contributions to our team, improving processes and proposing new ideas. I highly recommend him to any Community, Social Media, Analytics, or Customer Support team. – Aliza Rosen, Social Engagement Manager
Lénaïc stands out first for his enthusiasm, eagerly taking on a wide variety of work beyond his standard duties, and lending a helping hand when one is needed. He stands out second for his follow-through; I’m not aware of any situation where he jumped on something new at the expense of his other commitments. Rounding all of this out, Lénaïc doesn’t let criticism or iteration dampen his spirits. On the contrary, he’s always acted on feedback constructively. As a social agent, Lénaïc was instrumental in helping reformat one of our major reports (for which he was already an important contributor). He also took over an analytics-heavy report and made it his own to meet changing requirements and resources. As an analyst, he’s continued to take on greater project responsibilities and assist as we expanded our coverage to new games. – Andrew Griffiths, Community Content Manager
There is no one better to put a smile on your face than Lénaïc. He’s one of the most dedicated and driven people I’ve worked with, and is always volunteering a helping hand. A true team player, Lénaïc is happy to leap into action anywhere he’s asked. If it become clear no one on the team wants to take a task, Lénaïc is the first to eagerly jump in. He’s managed many projects, always striving to incorporate team feedback and deliver a top-notch product. Lénaïc is among the few who began as a Social Agent and became a Social Analyst. His hard work, positive spirit, and deep commitment to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamirel Unlimited French community made the step up a no-brainer. Dedicated to assisting both the Community and Social Engagement teams, Lénaïc constantly seeks opportunities to post on the forums and official social channels to improve community engagement and deflect contacts from the Contact Center. I had so much fun working with Lénaïc. He’s optimistic, customer focused, and extremely helpful. I’d love to work with him again some day and truly feel he’s a great addition to any team. – Tasia Karoutsos, Social Engagement Team member
I had the pleasure of working with Lenny during my time at Zenimax Online. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to help out his team. If he has an idea to increase efficiency, improve the company’s relationship with their customers, or build relationships with internal stakeholders, Lenny will share it in the most positive way possible. I joined Lenny’s team later during my time at ZOS. He always made me feel welcome, and made my opinions feel valued when I offered up my ideas for critique. Lenny would be a fantastic addition to any team for his positive attitude and willingness to learn. I hope to be able to work with him again in the future. – Greg Alyea, Social Engagement Team member
Lénaïc is a very determined and hard-working person and an asset to every team. His willingness to commit to tasks necessary and vital to a team, even if they seem like chores with little reward, is outstanding. He always delivers a follow-up and approaches everybody with kindness, respect and a professional attitude. He’s also a fast learner and adapts to every situation on a heart beat. With his good humor and passion for games, he delivers world class support and engagement to the online community while being a motivator for everybody around him, internally. – Gabriel Yakir Ketteler, Social Engagement Team member
Working with Lénaïc (Lenny) has been an amazing experience. He is extremely hard-working, very friendly, and is not afraid to take on new challenges or help a colleague.
